Alexis (and his assistant, Luis!) did an amazing job updating the electrical system in the old house my husband and I bought. From the start, he was the most communicative contractor we have dealt with. He was up front about costs/timeframes and stuck to those to the best of his ability. He always showed up a few minutes early. We trusted him enough to give him a key to our house to come and go the week he was working with us. He never tried to upsell us unnecessarily, but he was proactive in identifying hazards and small upgrades that we hadn’t even noticed or thought of.
