From our first appointment, Alexis exudes honesty, trustworthiness, and professionalism. He actively listens, answers all my questions, and provides clear explanations. During our second appointment, he went above and beyond by presenting me with a comprehensive file containing various quotes to choose from, along with his license number and information about his excellent warranty. This information was readily available for my convenience, eliminating the need for me to ask for it. In addition to his exceptional service, Alexis and his coworker demonstrated incredible kindness by volunteering to help move some heavy fridges that weren’t their responsibility. Alexis and his team did a fantastic job with my project! I needed some electrical wiring done with a new duplex outlet in my crawl space for a radon mitigation unit. He also installed a cutoff switch outside by the system. They came out within two hours of my call and were able to complete the job the same day. They were courteous, professional, and communicated at a high level, so I was fully aware of everything that they were going to be doing onsite. The work was high-quality and the price was great, too! I highly recommend Three or Free Electric.

Alexis (and his assistant, Luis!) did an amazing job updating the electrical system in the old house my husband and I bought. From the start, he was the most communicative contractor we have dealt with. He was up front about costs/timeframes and stuck to those to the best of his ability. He always showed up a few minutes early. We trusted him enough to give him a key to our house to come and go the week he was working with us. He never tried to upsell us unnecessarily, but he was proactive in identifying hazards and small upgrades that we hadn’t even noticed or thought of. We completely trust the work he has done, as he is very thorough and honest… and one of the nicest people you will ever meet. Highly recommend hiring Alexis!

He came in my home with hectic kids and mess and was so friendly and engaging. Found the problem right away and fixed it. Done within an hour and very reasonably priced.
